About Christine
Leadership development with an operator’s view of the whole business.
Christine Perkins works with leaders and organizations that want stronger teams, clearer decisions, and more capacity to grow. Her approach combines more than 20 years of executive leadership experience with an MBA in Organizational Leadership and a practical understanding of the commercial, structural, and human factors that shape results.
How Christine works
Leadership is not separate from the business. It is how the business gets done.
The work starts with evidence: what is happening, what the organization is trying to achieve, and what is making that harder than it needs to be.
Develop leaders who develop others
Give executives, managers, and emerging leaders practical tools they can use in real decisions and reinforce with the people they lead.
Look beyond the presenting problem
Leadership challenges can be rooted in roles, systems, expectations, measures, communication, or how work is organized. The diagnosis matters.
Build healthier, more resilient teams
As a licensed Brain Health coach and trainer, Christine helps leaders support sustainable energy, stronger relationships, and more productive ways of working.

Beyond the work
Christine is a wife, mother of three, stepmother of four, and a devoted dog owner to three dogs. Outside of work, she maintains an active interest in music, strength training, hiking, and spending as much time outdoors as she can. She also holds a black belt in mixed martial arts and Krav Maga. These pursuits reflect her appreciation for practice, discipline, resilience, and the long-term commitment required to keep growing.
